day of wedding
- I show up early to set up
  - I bring all my supplies, I just need a place to stand
- get reference photo if taking them day of
- I start painting as early or late as you want
  - suggested during cocktail hour or at the start of the reception
  - guests are welcome to come talk with me, this is part of your guest experience!
  - by the end of the night I’ll have a cohesive painting
finishing details
- I work on the painting at home to get it to the level of detail desired
- the painting will be shipped or delivered in a timely manner, allowing for paint to dry

base 900
- I travel within 50 miles of Salt Lake City
  - additional travel for a fee depending on distance to destination, if lodging is required, etc.
- I paint for as long or short as you desire
- I add finishing details at home to get the painting to the level of detail you would like
- I ship or deliver the painting within two weeks of your wedding
- I send you a small print of the painting for your one year anniversary
